Frequently asked questions
When can I arrive and leave?
Arrival from 4 pm, departure by 10 am. If the house is free before or after your stay, other times are possible – just ask us.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome by arrangement (€15 per night). Please mention this in your enquiry.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
After confirmation you pay a 30% deposit. The rest is due four weeks before arrival. You can cancel free of charge up to six weeks before arrival.
Is there a cot and a high chair?
Yes, we provide both free of charge. Please mention it briefly in your enquiry.
May I use the boat and the jetty?
The jetty belongs to the house. In summer you may use the rowing boat by arrangement.
